Toilet causes water damage to Altadena home

The toilet hose in second floor master bedroom became detached while this family were out enjoying their weekend. When arriving they came to puddles of water throughout the master bedroom and raindrops coming down in the family room. The customer allowed SERVPRO of South Pasadena/San Marino to utilize our best practices by clearing the entire affected areas for the dry-out and removal of saturated drywall and other materials. The after picture shows how extent the damage was that all walls and ceiling had to be removed to properly dry the structure.
