Water damage in Pasadena Home

Customer had called only thinking his kitchen had been affected due to a leak in the ice maker line. In this before picture you see the room next to the kitchen nothing seems wrong to the naked eye, but with special instruments our team carries here at SERVPRO of South Pasadena/San Marino we were able to detect moisture that had wicked up to 2 feet high. Customer quickly opened up a claim with their insurance knowing that the cost of this water loss had increased. Our team birefed the insurance adjuster along with the customer regarding our drying plan and were able to move quickly preventing any further damage. In the end both the customer and insurance company were happy and satisfied with the work our technicians  performed.
