Drain line backs up in San Gabriel home

We were dispatched to this loss through one of our insurance carriers. They informed us that our customer had suffered sewage to back up through the shower drain line causing sewage onto their bathroom floors. Customers had concerns regarding the time frame of the work but we were able to accommodate them by getting our crew out there and finishing the job within two days. In the after picture you see we had to remove all the material the sewage touch due to possible bacterial growth. After all was removed we make sure to apply anti microbial solution and have out air scrubbers running for about 48 hours to scrub the air from any air borne contaminates. After all our work was done, SERVPRO of South Pasadena / San Marino left our customer happy and satisfied!
